Power roller

Power roller is one of the main conveying components, which can drive the conveyor automatically or change the transport direction of conveyor.

Unpower roller

Unpower roller is a cylindrical component that use manual mode to drive the conveyor or change its running direction, is one kind of rollers. The major function of Unpower roller is to push the goods and then reach the purpose of transfer goods through manpower.

Unpowered roller composes by the following parts:
1, Unpower roller cylinder- generally is made of round tube. Mainly used material are steel tube, plastic tube. Tube that with high precision and high strength can be made of round steel;
2, Unpower roller inner axis- generally is made of round steel. Small diameter axis can be made of cold drawn round steel, large diameter and high precision axis can be lathed;
3, Unpower roller end cap- generally is made of carbon steel. Small diameter with light weight can be punched. Larger diameter with heavy weight can be lathed;
4, Unpowered roller bearing- we can choose standard bearing based on roller’s cylinder and end cap.
